emotional fitness

               Ever felt like giving up?
Like there was no energy left to pick up where you left things and move on? like there was no energy left to reinvent yourself, to reorganize your dreams and hopes for a better you?
All my life I wanted to grow out of my own self, to determine myself to be as good as I can be in whatever the challenges were, but there have been many situations in which I just let myself go..

I simply hate when people are telling me "you're so naive, you're a dreamer, join the real world"

In the past few years I've learned true lessons:
-When it seems impossible, when it seems like nothing is going to work, you're usually just a few millimeters away from making it happen- so true!
-turn your shoulds into musts
-life will pay whatever price you'll ask of it (so ask intelligently - what do you want?
                                                                                                    - what's the purpose? )
-design your life- someone said goals really affect us, so find something grand, big enough so to discover your true potential
-don't lower your standards
-where focus goes, energy flows!

Ever wandered what would you do if you knew you would not fail?

Don't limit yourself! At some point, you have to make a decision. Boundaries don't keep other people out. They fence you in. Life is messy. That's how we're made. So, you can waste your life drawing lines. Or you can live your life crossing them.
